Our Hygienists

We have four dental hygienists working at Heath Dental Suite: two periodontal hygienists and two general hygiene therapists.

Periodontal Hygienists

Jenny Bacon

Jenny qualified as a dental hygienist in 1986 at Glasgow Dental Hospital. After qualifying she worked in the Periodontal Department of the hospital. Jenny then returned ‘down south’ to work at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, Portsmouth, her work included general hygiene patients, treating orthodontic patients, oral surgery, inpatient and outpatient clinics.

Over the years, Jenny has worked in various general practices gaining vast experience and has undertaken further qualifications which enable her to take impressions, fit crowns and give both local infiltration and ID block anaesthesia.
Jenny joined Heath Dental Suite in 1995. Jenny continues to enjoy the challenges that working with patients with severe gum conditions brings. Jenny also works 1 day a week at Notley Dental Care in Godalming.

Charlotte Kimpton

Charlotte has a lot of dental experience having qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2010 before undertaking training and qualifying as a dental hygienist in 2016 at Eastman Dental Hospital, London. She was awarded the Carol Chivers Memorial award at EDH for outstanding patient care and hard work in abundance, something that she continues at Heath Dental Suite.
Charlotte joined the periodontal team at Heath Dental Suite in 2017. She is very motivated and enjoys working with patients and helping them to improve their oral hygiene.
Charlotte also works at Broadhurst Dental Practice in Farnborough.

General Hygiene Therapists

Sammie Vaccaro

Sammie qualified as a dental hygiene therapist in 2016 from Kings College Hospital, London and joined Heath Dental Suite in October 2016, working here on a Thursday, providing hygiene treatments to patients of Tommie Weir.
Before undertaking her diploma in dental hygiene and therapy, Sammie worked as a dental nurse for 5 years, qualifying in 2010.
Sammie is keen to encourage and motivate her patients. She is passionate about promoting good oral hygiene and many of our patient’s remark on how gentle she is.
Sammie also works at other practices in the area.
